Acceptance

By registering for or using fashtech.in you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

Fashtech Academy provides text-based lessons, practice questions with solutions, mock tests and downloadable resources for the NIFT entrance exam. We do not run classroom or video classes unless we say so on the course page.

Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password private.
• One account is for one learner. Sharing your login or letting others use it may lead to suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms on your behalf.

Payments and access

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may include applicable taxes.
• Access to a paid course starts after payment is confirmed and lasts for the validity period shown on the course page.
• Offers such as the launch price are limited and may be withdrawn at any time for new buyers.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, record, resell, share, post or distribute our content, questions or solutions.
• Do not use bots, scrapers or any method that harms or overloads the site.
• Do not try to break into accounts or systems.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Intellectual property

All lessons, questions, solutions, graphics, logos and software on the site belong to Fashtech Academy or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for your own study. Questions modelled on past NIFT papers are prepared for practice. NIFT and NTA names are used only to describe the exam.

No guarantee of results

Exam results depend on many factors, including your own effort. We do not promise any rank, score, admission or placement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fashtech Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Suspension

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Refunds in that case are decided under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, after the grievance steps in the Grievance Redressal policy.
