Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Our courses are digital and access is given as soon as payment is confirmed. Because content is available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is given.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same course (duplicate payment): full refund of the extra amount.
• Payment was deducted but access was not given within 48 hours and we cannot fix it: full refund.
• A technical problem on our side that stops you from using the course for a long period and that we cannot solve.

When we will not refund

• You changed your mind, or chose the wrong course, after access was given.
• You did not clear the exam or did not use the course.
• Your account was suspended for breaking the Terms of Use.

How to request

Write to info@efashtech.com within 7 days of the payment with your registered email, order or transaction reference, and the reason. We will reply within 5 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and payment partners usually take 5 to 10 working days to show the amount.

Cancellation

You can stop using the course at any time, but cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund. Fashtech Academy may cancel or reschedule a mock test or live session and will offer a new slot instead.
